Moonlight
A Poem for Two Voices

Moonlight shines
upon the water.

Soft and
cool heart skipping.

Mind at ease while the moonlight
shimmers on the lake.

Thoughts of beauty while the moon
gives its porcelain light.

Selene, goddess of the moon
your beauty I doth take within.

Deep inside of me. Thought of
the moon's tender light.

Gives me joy, wonder,
and beauty within.

Moonlight. Moonlight.
